4.1 30-Day Guarantee
We want your boys to look and feel their best. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return for any item purchased on hadrock.com.
4.2 Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition as received.
- Original tags must be attached.
- Items must be in original packaging.
4.3 Return Shipping
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping costs from the original order are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns.
4.4 Refund Process
Once the return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are credited to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
